A Baisic Study on Standard Models Development of People with Disabilities-Centered Workshop

Abstract
The aim of this study is to see employer¡¯s and rehabilitation practitioner¡¯s perception of persons with disabilities-centered workshop and then, is to reveal the related variables, is to recommend issues on the policy. Out of 200 survey questionnaires sent to employers, 100 were returned. Out of 200 survey questionnaires sent to rehabilitation practitioners, 148 peoples received a questionnaires. The results of surveys are as fellows£» First, in employer¡¯s perceptions, the form of workshop has investigated public and private mixed. The number of workers was 51¢¦100, the percentage of severe workers was appropriate 21¢¦40%. Most considerat- ions on the workshop¡¯s magnitude revealed reasonable accommodations. Second, in case of rehabilitation practitioners¡¯ perception, the form of workshop has investigated public centered models. Variables the number of worker and the percentage of severe workers were same. Most considerations on the workshop¡¯s magnitude revealed transportations. Third, the regression analysis yield the following findings. Familiarity of people with disabilities-centered workshop could predict differences between people with disabilities-centered workshop and standard workshop.
